most everything makes me cry today, happy and sad. had a great weekend and accomplished a few things that I haven’t touched in 6 months so not sure what that’s all about.

Grief is so weird. The first Christmas after we lost mama was really fucking hard. It was easiest to take life, everything, in small doses. Doing what you can, when you can, is more than enough.
If you haven’t heard of the ball in the box to describe grief, I’ll share it with you now, via text.
